Auto Collision Appraisal Service was established in 1995 to service insurance appraisal needs in collision damage, and mechanical failures to automobiles, trucks, snowmobiles, ATV's, recreational vehicles, farm machinery and watercraft. We also provide mechanical inspections for extended mechanical warranty companies after the original factory warranty has expired. My goal is the same as your company's, to ensure that the insured and their vehicle is looked after in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. Auto Collision Appraisal Service provides the technical expertise to determine the "cause of failure" and "extent of damage" along with the proper course of action for repair, in all situations.              SERVICES
  1. All assignments will be handled in a prompt and courteous manner.

  2. Inspections will be completed within 48 hours of being assigned.

  3. A preliminary status report will be sent to the Adjuster within 48 hours.

  4. All reports will follow within 72 hours . If the report cannot be completed within 72 hours the appraiser will notify the Adjuster.

  5. Disposal of salvage can be removed by us at the request of the adjuster.

  6. Any problems or concerns between the insured and the repair facility will be handled by the appraiser.

  7. The Actual Cash Value (ACV) of the vehicles will be obtained from the area which the owner resides.

  8. Detailed appraisals, reports, and ACV's will be provided to the adjuster for the following:
    • partial and total losses
    • unrecovered stolen vehicles
    • partial and total thefts
